We are committed to delivering fresh coffee and tea quickly and safely. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are applied individually and separately to all accessory items only.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we may kindly assist you.
