Return & Refund Policy
At our online coffee store, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality coffee to every customer. Because coffee is a perishable product, we generally do not accept returns on opened coffee items. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. Once the issue is verified, we will gladly provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank.
Unopened merchandise such as brewing equipment, mugs, or accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We appreciate your support and are committed to making your coffee experience exceptional.
